Bakersmould, a brand operated by Vidicart India, respects your privacy and provides users with the right to request deletion of personal data collected through our website, applications, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or other connected services.

You may request deletion of your personal information by following the instructions below.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, please send an email to:

Please include the following information in your email:

• Your full name
• Email address associated with your account
• Phone number associated with your account, if applicable
• Facebook or Instagram account name, if applicable
• Order number, if applicable
• A brief description of the data you want deleted

Please send the request from the same email address associated with your Bakersmould account whenever possible. This helps us verify your identity and protect your information from unauthorized deletion requests.

Facebook and Instagram Data Deletion

If you have used Facebook Login, Instagram Login, Messenger, Instagram Messaging, or any other Meta-connected feature with Bakersmould, you may request deletion of the information received through those services.

After receiving and verifying your request, we will delete or anonymize the applicable information associated with your account, except where retention is required for legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, taxation, or legitimate business purposes.

You may also remove Bakersmould’s access through your Facebook account settings:

1. Log in to your Facebook account.
2. Open Settings & Privacy.
3. Select Settings.
4. Open Apps and Websites.
5. Find and select the Bakersmould-connected application.
6. Click Remove.

Removing the application from Facebook stops future access through that connection. To request deletion of information already received by Bakersmould, you should also email us using the instructions provided on this page.

Information That May Be Deleted

Depending on your use of our services, the deletion request may cover:

• Name and profile information
• Email address
• Phone number
• Social-media account identifiers
• Login or account-related information
• Messages or enquiries submitted through connected services
• Marketing preferences
• Other personal information associated with your account

Information We May Be Required to Retain

Some information may be retained where necessary to:

• Complete or verify an ongoing transaction
• Maintain invoices and accounting records
• Comply with tax, legal, or regulatory obligations
• Prevent fraud, misuse, or security incidents
• Resolve disputes, returns, refunds, or chargebacks

Where complete deletion is not legally or operationally possible, the information may be restricted, securely retained, or anonymized as appropriate.

Processing Time

We aim to acknowledge a valid data deletion request within 7 business days.

After successful verification, eligible data will normally be deleted or anonymized within 30 days. Additional time may be required in complex cases or where information must be retained under applicable law.

Request Confirmation

After processing your request, we may send a confirmation to the email address used to submit the request.

We may ask for additional information if it is required to verify your identity or locate the relevant data.
